Hi Roderick,

Yes, you will find some people speaking papiamento on St. Maarten, but there
they speak mostly English & Dutch. There were two other Islands missing,
which are Saba and St. Eustatius, who also speak mostly english.
You did your homework, very good. One thing Aruba is no longer with the
Netherlands Antilles, they are on their own right now, but still linked with
the Netherlands.
Here's another link I think you'll enjoy....... http://www.curacao.com.
This is where I live.

Best Regards
Peter Damiana

In the Netherlands Antilles. The main islands are Aruba, Curaçao and Bonaire
but Paiamento may also be spoken on St Maartens.

For a quick look see
