Well, we are getting there ;-)
BTW, I am sadly ignorant of the Miskito situation, though when I used
to track Nicaragua politics and history, I came to appreciate some of
the culture. I'd love to learn more--and I hazard to guess others here
might, too--about the situation of Foss in the Miskito context; and
for that matter, if you can, in Nicaragua.
