This is mainly to know which N-L communities are represented. "NLC" is of course right in your case. We ask for nationality too, but that is to track possible visa requirements. This is a NLC meeting in the sense that we will discuss topics focusing on the NLC point of view, and most participants will be active in the NLC. That said, people who are active in the OOo community but not in N-L projects are not forbidden to attend!
