Hi Jean-Baptiste, There is a way to set variables by native language in CollabNet, so that instead of having to use JavaScript, it can be hard-coded into the HTML for each NL project (i.e., if you view the source HTML, you won't see English strings in the header). I was successful with de.openoffice.org, but when I tried doing the same with fr.openoffice.org with French strings, it failed. I have since been able to do this with your positioner, header link and search button by taking the strings from locale.js, but I will have to add the strings one by one to find out where the problem is.
There is a small problem with your locale.js file - it doesn't appear to be encoded in UTF-8 - I see something like "Vous êtes connectÃ(c)" even when I set the font to Arial, which has all the necessary characters to display most languages. Does you see the same odd characters when you open http://fr.openoffice.org/script/locale.js? If so, please send me the corrected strings via email (along with a translation of the string "Log Out"), and I will try to translate the whole header. The JavaScript solution will still be available but I have temporarily disabled it because it needs some tweaking to bring it in line with the new header. The hard-coded solution is more preferable as there is sometimes a flash of the original English text before the JS takes over. Of course, there is the additional advantage of not relying on JavaScript. Thanks, Ivan.
