Based on the input we get from several of our contributors (I'm particularly thinking about Hirano-San and Sankarshan here), I would like to take up the idea of an IRC session dedicated to share the experiences and demands around regional groups. I see both Hirano's and Sankarshan's perspective are a bit different but certainly not mutually exclusive.
