I suspect it could be related to the NIO2 changes. I don't remember needing to do this before. Specifically, if I do a build outside the IDE and then go back, normally NB new enough to refresh automatically at that point.
It would be nice to have "Scan For External Changes" in the context menu for the folder as well.
