Hello Samiul, The checksum seems to be correct, but how did you try to start NetBeans? Which operating system are you using? Is it macOS? For beta versions there is no macOS App, so you have to start NetBeans with its script file under bin/netbeans, just open a Terminal and navigate to the extracted netbeans-11.3-beta3-bin.zip and there into the bin folder, then try to execute this command: ./netbeans If you still have issues, please describe as detailed as possible what you did and at which point you get the error, otherwise it’s hard to keep guessing where your problem could be.
