Actually at first I deleted netbeans 11.3 beta-3 and try the checksum program. But after realize that, again I download netbeans 11.3 beta-3 and then try checksum program. Now I extracted the whole netbeans from zip and inside bin, there are two netbeans icon which is used to start the program by clicking it. But when I click, it not starts anyway.
