Hi.
This shall give you NetBeans Platform with JavaFX:

New Project/Java with Maven/Java Frontend

Checkbox the "NetBeans Module" when selecting the supported platform.

Let all the modules build and than Run/Debug on the NetBeans Maven Module.

The application starts and it has all the JavaFX libs ready for your usage.
