This is to an extent the problem - the binary artefact doesn't match with the build, even though the git hash is the same. At this point it's probably a case of re-rolling the source bundle from the same tag to pick up the correct build properties, and doing another binary build that matches with it. Or we just wait and push 12.3 in a couple of weeks? It's marked preview anyway.
