Well, you could remove the +CPE - another part of the problem.

Partly.  I think we're pretty good there, particularly given
Jaroslav's analysis.

But there is the question of intention, and who should be asserting
what the terms of any binary are.  For us (the consumer) to need to do
that is a little strange?!

It's certainly not a surprise to me that Roy raised the concern of
whether the CPE applies to the whole, or that the current resolution
is that Oracle need to be the ones asserting that the terms of the CPE
apply to the binary we want to ship.  Particularly given previous
related tickets.
