Hallo Jarda, indeed maybe "rudimental" was not the correct wording. Jan's tutorial is complete, and unfortunately, the only one I could find.
Regarding the PRs, this is what was requested by Adam Russel for Digital Ocean's Hacktoberfest in order to kick start some new plugin work. As I mentioned above, NetBeans is losing users because of lack of support of other languages, and not only. Having tutorials on how to add a new language to NetBeans (and how to migrate old plugins) would be useful. Kind regards, Ioannis.
