looks like someone restarted the job already and everything is green on your PR 
now.

It can happen that tests fail, esp in the jobs marked "unreliable". 
Don't worry about them unless they keep failing.

there are some plans to move jobs to gh actions* which would make it easier for 
committers to restart jobs without having to link accounts to travis.
