Sorry, I should have thought about those in how I worded the section
on installers.  I see no reason to drop them, or treat them
differently from the community installers, even if their status is a
little in between.  They've not been included in the release votes,
aren't distributed via Apache's own infrastructure, and are marked as
"not an official release" in the description.  On the other hand, the
distribution channel, along with that for the VSCode plugin, belongs
to Apache NetBeans project / ASF.
