Justin Dugger from OSUOSL confirmed they could handle the whole 80 TB/month
download traffic NetBeans has.

Do note that OSUOSL is already part of the Apache mirror system (
http://apache.osuosl.org/ ) which NetBeans will use for releases.

So, we may still use OSUOSL for any non-release downloads (eg. nightly
builds, etc).
