I'm OK with signing off the report, but also worried about the lack of
progress with the code donation.
I've been away on holiday for a few weeks and I assume the same for others,
but I can't find any status update nor clarity what goes on, or what is keeping
us from moving forward, since several months.
Last thing I can find is a comment by Geertjan on INFRA-14374 [1] from June 23rd
indicating we're still waiting on an 'go' from Oracle.
Although "a" donation zip [2] seems to have been prepared since June 20th?
Geertjan, or anyone else from Oracle, can you provide an updated status, and
let us know what is holding up the donation, and if maybe others from outside
Oracle, ASF/mentors if needed, can do to push this forward ASAP?

* How has the community developed since the last report
* How has the project developed since the last report.
* How does the podling rate their own maturity.
