+1 (binding, IPMC) for releasing
SHA1(incubating-netbeans-java-9.0-beta-source.zip)=
808faea759d76b6d0e27512fbf36e9e22d5d4c65

I have not looked at the convenience binaries.

Signatures and digests are ok

LICENSE, NOTICE, DISCLAIMER look good

DEPENDENCIES looks good and includes clarifications for optional GPL
dependencies.

I didn't find any problematic binary files in the archive, although
they are many of them, using the "file" command to analyze them,
results at https://gist.github.com/bdelacretaz/88e1649ac0dd579fd0306d4fea286046

Builds with "ant" passes
Build with "ant tryme" starts the IDE.
The rat report produced by "ant rat" ( nbbuild/build/rat-report.txt )
looks ok to me. Note (to self, mostly) that removing the Apache
license header from a .java file does not cause a build error, only a
note in that report.
