+1 (binding)

Built rc2 in the following environment on Mac OSX Sierra:
- Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_121-b13)
- Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.121-b13, mixed mode)

cd-ed to nbbuild/netbeans/bin and ran netbeans executable.

Ran NetBeans successfully and installed nb-javac after agreeing to its
licensing terms, in this environment:

- Java: 9; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 9+181
- Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 9+181
- System: Mac OS X version 10.12.6 running on x86_64; UTF-8; en_NL (nb)

Read the DEPENDENCIES, DISCLAIMER, LICENSE, NOTICE, and README in the
root of the distribution and didn't see problems.
