Not sure what the purpose of this is.

We should have a vote result where people were voted into the PPMC. If they are 
not listed on whimsy but they were voted in, it's just a matter of fixing the 
records there via our mentors or the secretary.

Note that Antonio, which was voted in, is listed as part of the PPMC.
