I think we need to move those binaries somewhere else, i.e., we need to be
as independent from Oracle servers as possible.

Emilian, could they be hosted on the server you were in touch with, can't
remember the details. I think it was a university server.

Or are there other proposals?

Ideally we'd host them on our Apache VM, though that would mean we'd be
using Apache to release binaries that have not been officially released
through the Apache process -- so that would be a non-starter.
