To keep things moving along, I propose the following schedule: - 2 June - 12 June - Create Resolution / Charter - 14 June - Community Graduation Vote (72 hours) - 21 June - IPMC Graduation Vote (72 hours) - *5 July - Resolution to Board (DEADLINE) * - 15 July - Board Meeting
This will give us a week and a half to finalize the charter, and have it available for reference during the following votes. It also gives us a week of flexibility to make sure we hit the 5 July submission cutoff (as indicated in the "Guide to Successful Graduation"[1]).
