Hey Guys, Just to pass along some info, I've gone the Software Grant route before. AFAIUI, it's there to protect Apache and the contributors, but is mainly used to iron out code where the licensing issues aren't particularly clear. That said, I also understand the Nutchbase at Github is ASL 2.0 licensed (as is GORA). If that's the case, then I think we are OK with simply something like JIRA...
