Anil,
Great progress.. To speed things up a little to went ahead and added some code.
Attached to this is a NEW XML file containing a new service. This service
actually works. I tested it on createWorkEffort and updateWorkeffort. It seems
to solve all the requirements as well. It re-uses the base code you used and
just handles the conditions.
Using this method, I don't think we'll need the ECA. Take a look, let me know
if you have any questions. I think this is close!
