My code is not adding any new service, if we have to verify balance of posted
transactions it should be part of the respective service. Thus it is separate
issue from this one, which is just adding the screens to already existing
services.
The same about permissions - they should be defined at service level. btw, the
same permissions should then apply to Journal entry, which is currently having
the same permissions as this one.
So my suggestion would be - submitting this patch if the forms are ok. Creating
separate issue "Transaction integrity checks", which would deal with the issue
that current transaction creation services are not checking whether accounts
balance. Creating another issue "Review of permissions in Accounting
application", which would go through permissions of various services of the
accounting application.
