Are this files really specific to Algeria ? Why not using filenames like :
*UiLabels_ar.properties ? What do you think ?
BTW, when I will commit this files I will suppress blank lines and spaces
around "=". You will have to tune RBE if you want to update them after. So if
you plan to submit new files please change RBE setting as recommended above as
soon as possible.
