What would think non english speaking users when all the UI would be localised
and tooltips would not ?
So what I intended to say is : If we do not localise the embedded documentation
(this issue is all about embedded documentation) then we should not provide a
mean to show tooltips not localised. BTW I agree that anyway localising
embedded documentation would be a real prowess and is not really needed. The
root of our misunderstanding is that we shall not mix embedded documentation
targetted to developpers and tooltips targetted to end-users.
If you don't mind I would prefer to continue this discussion on the new
specialised issue Adrian created : OFBIZ-1425
