The libraries should probably be published so they can be used in
external projects and OFBiz plugins.
It's a good question that this raise for me ? How for the publish. Do
we'll need publish each library change, publish all in one pass, set
libraries as dependencies (not on the bin project)
So many question in my mind to escape a complex procedure for the
publish (and not for the reason do to that)
After that the project will extensive changes to break the cyclic
dependencies.
