Yes, I see now, you want to be able to collaborate. I think you are already
able to do it using our format, subversion and Eclipse or an UTF8 capable
editor like Scite. Of course this is maybe not as easy as using i18n
specialized tools...
I will think about where we could put your patches in OFBiz OOTB, of course any
ideas from a commiter is also welcome ;)
