The purpose of the WebTools main page without being logged (I think we are
talking about that) is to say to the admin what is the default username and
password to access the system.
Of course this page, from day two, when the admin changes his password to go
real-world, brings wrong information.
Moreover the admin, to access this information, should already know the full
URL http://localhost:8080/webtools otherwise he will never get a clean page to
read. So it must have read somewhere this information and the default password
could also be written there.
So, to be sincere, I cannot see a valid goal for this page, sorry.
