SFA - ViewProfile screen does not show data for Party Content or Notes.

This issue affects Leads in the SFA application.
Navigate to SFA -> Leads and select a lead. This calls viewprofile. When the
ViewProfile screen loads the Content and Notes boxes do not populate. The same
boxes work fine when viewing a party profile in partymgr.
If you create a new note from this screen it is properly saved, but does not
display. You can go to party manager and see the new note.
