On further investigation, the notes box seems to be looking for notes for the
wrong party. Specifically, it is looking for notes for the account (group)
rather than the contact (person.) But the "Create New" link to create a new
note has the contact partyid, which I believe is correct for this screen. So
somehow the partyId stored in paramters.partyId is being set to the group
partyId rather than the person partyId.
