To complete payment flow
the only automatic approval is one where the customer has either an account
with funds or an approved credit line that is not maxed.
all others ETF, Wire Transfers, need to be completed before the order is
changed to approved status.
so no packing can be done till the order is approved.
Then you have the case of dropship where packing is never done. so any code to
catch payments is not used.
