Attaching a patch which generates a delivery failure notification which along
with r894236 should resolve this issue.
Pranay, I'm unable to test this patch because I couldn't reproduce the
environment in which the SendFailedException occurs. Could you either test the
patch for me or otherwise let me know (offline) how to setup my system in order
to reproduce the problem?
