Hi Erwan, thank you for adding this feature. It is really useful. In any case I do agree with Hans that this screen should be moved to the WebTools.
This screen deals with portals that are defined in the framework and the framework itself should allow to administrate the portals regardless of any other application. Please consider that MyPortal is an application that we should try to remove at the end.
