Some more brainstorming on the OFbiz Extras idea and how to slim down OFBiz:
wouldn't be nice to setup one or more "locatization projects" for OFBiz in Apache Extras? Then in OFBiz ootb we could only deliver the English Language version, removing all the load of patch reviews from committers' shoulders (thanks Jacques!). Of course it will require a refacoring of how localization is currently implemented (to simplify the plug-in approach), so it is not something we can do now... but it is something we could start to discuss and design as a community.
