Giving an employee access to an Expenses screen does not necessarily grant him
access to the Accounting application. A good example of this is in the Asset
Maintenance application. Maintenance personnel can create and maintain fixed
assets (an accounting artifact) without accessing the Accounting application.
Like I said before, business expenses are an accounting function, so they
belong in the accounting component. If you want to make an expense screen
accessible outside the accounting application, then you are free to do so.
