When I submitted this issue it was my intention and goal to get a component
registered in JIRA to capture the wishes and requirement of the envisioned
solution and associate those requirements and wishes to that JIRA component
before the solution being build and implemented in the OFBiz trunk as either
part of Accounting component, the HumanRes component, or even a separate
SpecialPurpose component.
Some comments above about consensus hinted that this was the correct path to
follow and achievable. In stead, there are already discussions taking place
that should be on the requirement and wish level of the component.
So, let us get consensus on a JIRA component registration first before
discussing business and technical requirements and wishes.
