Can we clean up that space by:
a) removing the stuff that is no good - does anyone feel comfortable in
making that determination.
b) organize the remaining content so that it is easy to navigate
c) fix the text so that it is clearer about what information can be
counted on by the new user (remove speculative ideas and proposed changes)
d) add pages that have information that is of interest to users -
training resources, case studies, system integrators supporting OFBiz,
etc. that is presented in a way that non-developers (System
Administrators, Accountants, CFOs, CEO, Business Analysts, etc. ) can
read to get useful information.
e) add graphics and explanatory texts that makes the documentation
attractive to users.
And then keep it up to date.

We could start by removing the links to it from the OFBiz website: if (ever)
the content will be validated we will re-add them.

Is there anything of value here or should we just delete the space and remove
any references to it.

It appears that it has not be touched since 2006 (8 years ago) and it is of no
use at all to new end users in its current form.
It hurts the image of the project to have it linked from the front page of the
documentation as our"User Documentation".
