Scott, Here is the cold hard reality of this issue: I suggested an intersection
entity so that this feature follows a common design pattern found throughout
the project. Others agree that is how things are done in the project. The rest
of this issue is nothing more than a silly pissing contest. Look at how much
typing Pierre has done so he can argue for argument's sake. Had he followed my
advice, creating an intersection entity and a Mini-language service would have
been LESS typing than he has done here. So, it is clear from this issue that
Pierre is more interested in arguing than he is in contributing good code.
I would have been happy to give a more detailed use case, but it is clear that
I am wasting my time. Nothing you or I say will change Pierre's mind - so I'm
done.
