I though noticed that nowadays clearing all caches manually does not take much time on an up to date machine. So clearing only services caches
(service.ModelServiceMapByModel and service.ServiceConfig) should no longer be a problem in dev mode and we could introduce a property for that in
cache.properties. What do you think?
