Jacques Le Roux commented on OFBIZ-6150: ---------------------------------------- It took me a moment to find it, [but here it is|http://markmail.org/message/bmonz2hjkqw4e527]. We decided so (default standard: nothing rendered when arriving) to prevent waiting on arrival in a new screen. As explained Adrian to globally change this behaviour simply use "widget.defaultNoConditionFind to Y in widget.properties.". Or at the screen level [see here some related good practices|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBADMIN/User+Interface+Layout+Best+Practices#UserInterfaceLayoutBestPractices-FindScreens] Taher, about {code} the hidden field referenced above should be removed from the search form. It has no effect because it loads a value before the controller takes over. {code} don't remove it. Because as its comment explains, w/o it when no fields is filled you will get no result instead of all w/ it (that can be an alternative, but not intuitive). In conclusion, I propose to close this issue as "wont't fix", I believe we have bigger fishes to fry ;) > Have 'Temporal Expression' Screen deliver the overview on opening screen > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > Key: OFBIZ-6150 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-6150 > Project: OFBiz > Issue Type: Improvement > Components: framework > Affects Versions: Trunk > Reporter: Pierre Smits > Priority: Minor > Attachments: tempExprForms.xml.0.patch > > > Currently the Find Temporal Expressions screen doesn't show any data on > opening the screen, which leads to a diminished UX. -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
