I interpreted this to mean WIP inventory may exist as needed. If WIP inventory
isn't allowed then how does one go about determining where production run parts
are located at any given time? If having WIP inventory causes accounting
errors then they need to be handled but the need for tracking locations of
production run parts is still needed and using products of type WIP seem to be
the most logic way of doing that.
