I also would like to kindly request you a trivial modification: the `package`
declaration has to be placed before the license header, as we described on
http://onami.incubator.apache.org/committers/codestyle.html
Not that is a blocking issue, but in the community we agreed on keeping the
codestyle consistent across all modules.
