To complement Simone comment on format, you can use the predefined code style
profile in your favorite IDE.
Mine is eclipse, and I used the xml settings downloaded from
http://onami.incubator.apache.org/committers/codestyle.html#Eclipse_3.2
There's also one for IntelliJ IDEA:
http://onami.incubator.apache.org/committers/codestyle.html#IntelliJ_IDEA_4.5.
(I didn't look yet at the patch, so it may already be onami-formatted).
