Is this what you are seeing? If you don't see that, can you please
send an email to infrastruct...@apache.org, (or in IRC hit up #asfinfra) and 
ask them 
what's up? Feel free to CC me -- I'd be happy to set the permissions
differently than they are already set up. Here is what I see
