Hi Val, Unfortunately you won’t be able to validate RADIX running in the fashion that you want since it’s not published on the Central repository yet (and won’t be until this VOTE is passed and I can release it).
In the interim what you could do is: 1. Download Apache OODT 0.8.1 RC #2 2. unzip 3. cd apache-oodt-0.8.1-src 4. mvn install (should generate a local copy in your m2 repo cache of the RADIX archetype). (along with the rest of the OODT 0.8.1 RC, which it should pull from instead of central/remote) (then do this) 5. edit mvn/archetypes/radix/src/main/resources/bin/radix and change 0.8 to 0.8.1 6. run mvn/archetypes/radix/src/main/resources/bin/radix (should pull from your local repo and the archetype there, which in turn should pull the correct [local] version(s) of the jars) Try that and let me know if it fixes it. If so, please VOTE +1 and we’ll get this going. Otherwise tell me where it broke and I’ll try and fix.
