For java-action, sharelib for hcatalog wont work as the java action executor
doesn't copy those jars to Distributed cache. Including hcatalog sharelib
within pig and hive sharelib will work for pig and hive jobs. However, when
hcatalog is not used with these jobs, its a extra dependency.
As the current sharelibs are specific for each action, would it not be better
if hcatalog sharelib is added when HCatalog action is supported?
