There's just one version of hcat now (as of this patch) because it's tied to
the Hive version now, which we only have one version of. From a user's
perspective, it would be easier if HCat integration worked out of the box
without having to copy jars; especially if you decide to add this later, and
have to re-run oozie-setup.sh to add the hcat jars.
