Most of the checkstyle warnings are because of the header(some trailing
whitespace etc). I have fixed them using few commands which just removed old
header and added new. So, there are no changes in code at all. This has reduced
the warnings from ~2000 to ~600. I guess this is ok as the history for the
actual code line is still intact?
