This patch was targeted for Oozie-4.1.0, not Oozie-4.0.1. And given that this
had a lot of pom file changes, the versions (and likely some dependencies) are
different, so it's not going to apply cleanly. If you want to apply this to
Oozie-4.0.1, you'll need to "massage" the patch a bit. I don't think there's a
specific precursor patch, but keep in mind that Oozie-4.1.0 has many patches on
top of Oozie-4.0.1, so you'll may need some subset of that.
